Ah...if it's dead pirate horses you want, maybe you could go for an image of
the stuffed carcass of Misty of Chincoteague, the most famous of the
Assateague wild horses, whom legend has is descended from escapees from a

(More prosaic, but probable, is the theory that colonists secretly raised
